We create a panel of appraisers that meets your standards. One of our staff specialists will work with your office to create a panel of appraisers to rotate. Our panel is designed to be compliant and keep all parties in the process happy. It is important to us that our clients have experienced local appraisers that are familiar. We do not believe in experimenting like some AMC's with random inexperienced appraisers. We will save you time and money.

Easy Ordering

Our online platform makes managing your pipeline easy and effortless. We are fully integrated with Encompass, Byte, Mercury Network, Appraisal Port, Calyx, Lender QB and many more. Orders can be placed without ever leaving your loan processing system. All updates and completed files will be linked right to your LOS system. All documents, comments and client statuses are also automatically synced with Encompass to ensure a seamless order management process. The integration also avoids manual entry of orders to eliminate any typing errors that might occur.

Crosscheck triggers a Prescreen as soon as the appraiser submits an appraisal report. The Prescreen highlights issues with the report and enables the appraiser to fix them before sending them on to the appraisal desk. This ensures that reports don’t have to go back and forth, saving precious time & results in quality appraisals delivered to the appraisal desk.

Appraiser Verification

Every time a report is submitted for a Crosscheck review, the system automatically verifies the appraiser’s information against the Appraisal Sub Committee database to ensure the validity of their license and veracity of their information. Crosscheck also verifies additional appraiser information on the report & highlights any missing items.

Our proprietary software has entered into a partnership with Platinum Data Solutions to integrate Platinum’s proprietary automated appraisal review system, Realview™, into our platform to provide lenders and appraisal management companies a powerful tool to ensure compliance with regulations, avoid costly errors and save hours of review time.

This goes far beyond the form-checking appraisal review software of yesteryear. It reviews, analyzes and scores appraisals with far more depth, consistency and accuracy than a human or other technology ever could.

UCDP/EAD Delivery

Collateral Management’s direct integration allows for instant reports delivered with each appraisal. As your lender agent we can submit every file on your behalf.

Not only does this save time and effort, it ensures that all UCDP/EAD related events are included in the audit trail for the orders and centralizes all appraisal order information in one location. Once your credentials are set up in ValueLink, submitting reports to the EAD is as simple as clicking on a button.

Borrower Report delivery

An email is sent to the borrower proving a secure link containing the appraisal report once completed. Our system allows us to select a specified time if a delay is required for review prior to sending the appraisal to the borrower. The borrower will receive an email with a link and Authorization code.


Once it is clicked, they will be required to acknowledge the consent form. A certificate will be emailed to you reflecting the delivery time and download time to meet all compliance requirements.





Collateral Management now allows you to order Automated Valuation Models (AVMs) directly from within the system. We are able to provide our customers with an extensive selection of AVM products from one central location.
