Position Summary: The Account Executive will be in charge of developing and maintaining long-term relationships with mortgage brokers, bankers, credit unions and service managers to meet and exceed goals. This position requires exceptional sales, communication, negotiation, organizational and follow-up skills.

Job Description: • Meet and exceed goals by developing and maintaining long-term productive relationships with mortgage brokers, bankers credit unions and appraisal services. • Track and manage prospects using a CRM program • Develop and maintain relationships • Maintain understanding of all products, programs, pricing and procedures • Maintain monthly productivity standards • Maintain open lines of communication with Collateral Management and Clients to ensure production requirements are met in a timely manner. • Build strong partnerships with clients to promote a high level of service to customers. • Replying to potential customer emails, maintaining calendars, scheduling client appointments, willingness to take direction and be proactive in seeking additional duties and responsibilities. • Candidate must also take initiative and have the ability to prioritize, attention to detail and excellent analytical skills are required.

Requirements: • 2 or more years in mortgage lending or title sales with demonstrated success. • Professional and effective interpersonal skills. • Ability to develop new business opportunities by initiating and maintaining strong relationships. • Self-motivated with the ability to successfully conduct business remotely. • Proven sales experience and established network of mortgage contacts.
