Position Summary: The Appraisal Coordinator will assist in organizing, prioritizing, facilitating and monitoring the operational flow of appraisal orders through Collateral Management system.

Job Description: • Manage and prioritize caseload of appraisal orders. • Order appraisals by identifying and assigning a qualified local appraiser within established time frames. • Maintain workflow efficiency through Collateral Management system. • Process payments according to Company and department policies and processes. • Create/maintain reports to track appraisal assignments from order date through final completion. • Maintain reports of branches and operation centers appraiser and/or AMC selections. • Learn about the real estate appraisal industry and the role it plays in both the real estate industry and mortgage banking. • Maintain communication with appraisers and AMCs through vendor management. • Replying to customer email, maintaining calendars, scheduling client appointments, willingness to take direction and be proactive in seeking additional duties and responsibilities. • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. • Aid Processors, Underwriters, Loan Officers and Brokers in tasks associated with the appraisal ordering and management of conditions. • Communicates and explains the progress of products/services to customers through establishing relationships and building strong rapport with our vendors.

Requirements: • Experience with customer relations and possess strong phone skills. • Technology savy is a MUST. Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word. • Organized with ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment. • Demonstrate attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred. • Confident and driven individual with great communication skills. • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to problem solve and show keen attention to detail. • Quick learner — Ability to learn new systems and products/services. • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines. • Positive personality — We’ll give you the tools to succeed, guaranteed. • Ability to HAVE FUN and make money while doing it!

Shifts Available (Full Time): Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM (one hour unpaid lunch) Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (one hour unpaid lunch) Monday to Friday: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (one hour unpaid lunch)
