Our panel is designed to be compliant and keep all parties in the process happy. It is important to us that our clients have experienced local appraisers that are familiar. Our online platform makes managing your pipeline easy and effortless. We are fully integrated with Encompass, Byte, Mercury Network, Appraisal Port, Calyx, Lender QB and many more. Orders can be placed without ever leaving your loan processing system. All updates and completed files will be linked right to your LOS system. All documents, comments and client statuses are also automatically synced with Encompass to ensure a seamless order management process. The integration also avoids manual entry of orders to eliminate any typing errors that might occur.

Collateral Management’s direct integration allows for instant reports delivered with each appraisal. As your lender agent we can submit every file on your behalf.
Not only does this save time and effort, it ensures that all UCDP/EAD related events are included in the audit trail for the orders and centralizes all appraisal order information in one location. Once your credentials are set up in ValueLink, submitting reports to the EAD is as simple as clicking on a button.
BORROWER REPORT DELIVERY
An email is sent to the borrower proving a secure link containing the appraisal report once completed. Our system allows us to select a specified time if a delay is required for review prior to sending the appraisal to the borrower. The borrower will receive an email with a link and Authorization code.
Once it is clicked, they will be required to acknowledge the consent form. A certificate will be emailed to you reflecting the delivery time and download time to meet all compliance requirements.
Collateral Management now allows you to order Automated Valuation Models (AVMs) directly from within the system. We are able to provide our customers with an extensive selection of AVM products from one central location.
